Slow and easy still. I'm out there jogging and i still miss running. Thinking optimistically about the knee, and i think any pain now is in my head, but Im scared to go too hard on it.
Running every other day at about 8 min/miles, no more than 5 or 6, till August (or that's the plan anyway). Then will assess from there.
Saw three amputee's on the lakefront today. Two were jogging: one with no legs and one with no arm; another without a foot was biking. Just made me think...
