Notes
Felt much better this time around. Earlier, i was sluggish, and the legs weren't feeling great. I think I've loosened up a bit, and was ready to move. Just ran oveer to QFC and back.
Also, yesterday (i thnk it was), I decided I want to try to get down to 146lbs. I've been hanging steady at 150-155ish for a long time. I'm going to weigh in after my run (if at home) and see what I end up at.
Today was also a good day for a double because we ended up at McD's to play Wizards Unit with some friends earlier today. I had the best intentions of eating before we got there, but didn't, and ate 500 cal worth of chicken sandwich plus a coffee.
I guess it could have been worse. But I also had some beers last night, and saw that the pumpkin ales were starting to appear, so I need the miles if I want one tonight.
Also did an easy hike this morning with E's friends Naiesha and Kaiyla.
