Beautiful day out there.
Planned out a temp 8, then 740, 720,700, 720, 740, 8 but then had to make some adjustments.
Great tempo run, didn't feel exhausted at any point, so i could have run harder. But the upper quad was a little tight again at the end, so i feel like it was hard enough for a Wed.
