Back from about 13 miles, and it was early. I was talking to some people today about the beer run and though i should get some practice in.
Cracked beer one. Cracked beer two and poured into a glass (to simulate a draft). Cracked beer 3.
Started timer:
2:00 drank beer 1
6:20 ran the 0.86 loop
2:00 drank #2, poured #3 into the cup
6:18 ran loop (moving a large downed branch in the road)
Feeling fine today, maybe 'cause i'm thirsty? Or due to the pre-pour?
