Notes
Hot out there. Those last couple were hard. Heat took it out of me, needed lots of water.
Ran from mile 12 at Burnham Park south to the end and back. Wanted to do 13 to 15 miles today, but was tired, and didn't feel like it after 12. Legs feel fine, and i didn't want to push it adding miles when i'm beat.
