Hot one out there so I ran through Soaring Eagle, and it was probably 10 degrees cooler in the trees there.
Still fucking hot, and I was done after a short 3 miles. This week was more miles than I've run in quite a while.
One month post surgery visit with the surgeon yesterday, and things are looking good. He said one more month and I should be 100% and back to all activities. Already feeing great though.
