Katie made me do it. Well, that and I also wanted to be able to see what my time would be like. I was hoping i could beat 4:29:00, but didn't want to hurt myself trying. My quads got tired quick as i was still recovering from Xenia, so i took it slow and finished with a pretty good time.
Fun to run another race with Katie, and i got to talk to her for a few miles, and root for each other on the switchbacks. Good time out there, beautiful day too! I even got a little tan.
