Notes

100 squats (2 sets of 50, but last few were bad form), 60 lunges (30 each leg), 15 grownup push ups (set of 10 with bad form and a set of 5 with almost good form!), held high plank 3 times (though not for so long after pushups). Got my heart rate up for a few min, at least. Knee's popping now but I DONT CARE!
