First Whirlaway workout of the year (for me).

Heat and humidity was ridiculous...

Warmup 3mi+ on Sanctuary trails: 22:28

Track workout was fairly forgiving: 3.5mi (~17:30) up - 1.5mi (~12:00) down

2 x 800-800-400 + 800-400* + 4 x striders barefoot

With 200-200-400 jog rests (~probably 2:1 or 3:1 rest:rep time)

2:37-2:34-74, 2:33-2:31-71, 2:30-70

Cool down 3mi+ on same: 24:21- nearly passed out from heat exhaustion (no, really)
