Planned on going 12 miles today, but the strain in my lower abdomen (left side) was hurting pretty bad the last few miles, so I shut it down early. Not sure how I injured it, but I'm guessing it was doing the lower ab technique from Matt Fitzgerald, running with arms outstretched like you're holding a basket in front of you. I did that about a week ago, and it's been hurting since then. Thanks, Matt.
