Another so-so run. Breathing was better but still some major tightness and occasional discomfort through the ribs and into diaphragm (or limiting diaphragm).

Right TFL is knotted up but it took me a couple stretch breaks to realize it was the reason behind my ITB/Knee tightness coming up and poor internal rotation.
