Thought I might need a recovery day after last night's strong run. Back and hips grumbling a little but I was able to open with a comfortable 7:30 and then dropped right around 7 from there.

I feel like I'm moving so much better as the trigger points are fading - i think my movement patterns got a little messed up and perhaps my muscles weren't firing correctly for that week or so due to the knots.
