Really tough run on some big hills. Eastbourne to Beachy Head. Had to resort to some mouth breathing to ensure the diaphragm was getting recruited...this might be my new method in order to avoid emergency breathing and poor chest breathing habits from creeping back in.

Found some oblique/abdominal muscle problems during yesterdays run...something to explore as it seems to be a big player in breathing problems.
