With Orilla riding along. Nice weather and feeling pretty good...I might be back to my old self finally - iliopsoas perhaps to blame along with the sickness.
Despite feeling pretty good, I can tell the different bed and time in the car was not good for my low back and hips...will have to keep working to unwind all the tightness/triggers.
