No breakthrough today but seems to be an improvement.
Inner hamstring tender again today. Seems like a different muscle group is sore/tender every couple of days (left leg only - see health note).
Stretched at 1.5, no real problem up until then other than the dull tight feeling. Felt pretty good for most of last half, some tightness started working in close to end but less than yesterday. I'll take it as a step forward considering the solid leg workout yesterday.
I've been wearing the brace/sleeve and trying to ice as well after workout.
