Notes
Left foot tender/cramping early into run. Stopped twice to massage and stretch. Opted to just go 3 but did manage to run the 2nd half without issue and dropped a strong 6:38 final mile.
Knees a bit achy at times, no peroneal aches today.
Pretty good week, just need to get another couple weeks in without another injury or break-down and I think I'll be back. Kinda nervous about the knees aching....
