Notes

Decent run, but started out feeling like crap for the first 5 minutes. Low sleep and a bad diet perhaps...but then I loosened up and found a nice rhythm. Didn't think I ran this quick so hoping I didn't mess up the plotting (rounded down a bit as well).

Some mild knee ache at the 25 min mark so stretched for a minute. Quads are still tight and some glute tightness/soreness from the extra strength work (tried some new things).
