Legs initially felt pretty good and then went downhill. Hamstrings got tight and a bit tender and a slight ITB/knee ache started coming on - TFL and lingering hip tightness to blame I think. Feet also didn't feel quite right.

A decent run, but perhaps not fully recovered yet. Big improvements to the back and hips. Back had been bugging me quite a bit and impacted my sleep Monday night.
