What a dysfunctional night. A fugitive standoff in my neighborhood resulted in a super long commute and a detour away from the police activity. I then did some slow jogging home from the brown line and also managed to get turned about - made it home with a bit over a mile (in the nike frees).
Then got changed and back out but just my luck, it starts raining pretty steady (along with cold north wind). I made it about 3 miles before changing into something dry and warmer. Then back out to the track and a lap around before starting my strides.
6x100 strides all in upper 15 / low 16 - times aren't very accurate due to cold fingers (forgot gloves after changing) and coat sleeves. Each followed with an easy 100 back to the west end of track and then a short break. A good set of these.
Then I wrapped things up with another mile around the track and back home...messed the watch up here but estimate should be close.
Slow and scattered, but happy to piece together some miles...
