No major improvement. I must have pushed too much last week. Left upper leg has had almost every muscle group with soreness, tightness and knots.
Hip flexor, inner quad, outer quad and ITB, and now inner hamstring. Outside calf near the knee also acting up.
I'm unable to explain this muscle soreness...perhaps I keep focusing and loosening only one muscle and causing an imbalance (or me changing my running form).
Some days of late its felt more like ITBS and runners knee but then other days I'll get that same pull on the inner kneecap.
