Notes

Solid workout. Kind of glad that I waited a couple days to make sure I wasn't kinked up in my back. Glute medius/minimus seem to be the issue and were radiating into the back (with perhaps some satellite knots).

Squats - 145lb - 5x5 - this is getting more challenging.

Overhead Press - 70lb 5x5 - better form really really helps but these are still hard for me. Felt a bit rushed on these as lots of people waiting for a rack and I could have used a bit more rest between sets.

Deadlift - 145lb - 1x5. Ended up doing 2 x 5 with 135 first. Probably should have warmed up a bit lighter - oh well, not overly difficult and much prefer this lift with the bigger plates and some weight.
