1/5 mile track - Aussie style 1/5s. Not feeling sharp tonight and a little run-down. Got pretty cold by the end.
Tried to stick with a near 5k pace but was struggling through much of this as I was barely recovered after the recovery laps (which were closer to 8min pace than I wanted)
