Notes

Scratchy/sore throat came on right before Friday's run and I didn't think anything of it. Tired early that night and slept a lot. Sore throat and drainage when I woke up.

Much worse Saturday afternoon/evening with a runny nose, sneezing, and starting to feel groggy later into the night.

Poor sleep Saturday night as I couldn't breath through my nose. Very groggy on Sunday due to the sinus pressure but able to feel better as the day went on, especially after the run and neti pot.

Good sleep on Sunday night and feeling stronger on Monday morning.

Potential Causes:

- Marathon hurt immune system, likely rushed the recovery process

- Too lttle sleep on Wednesday night followed by race, no nap, drinking, and too much sugar.

- Not enough quality sleep for a few days before race

- Around a lot of people and passing/sharing beer glass for tasting
