Warmer weather, still windy. Legs felt better, no knee achiness as I had started to feel yesterday. Turnover was naturally quicker and I felt more fluid...effort was very low however.
Not sure if I can chalk this one up to the weather, the mostly easy day yesterday, or the 400's which may have loosened things up.
Happy to be away from the mid-8s with such a comfortable run. Went short today in hopes of a nice full recovery
