Modified the pearls a bit more to make forefoot more flexible. Felt good for first few miles then left arch wanted to cramp. Right foot felt very good and I think the alterations might be good if not coming already dealing with foot/arch problems.

Arches were bothersome yesterday and possibly from skiing.

Had to stop and stretch left calf a couple times and ended the run almost limping into my driveway due to another cramp. These shoes feel much better than before, but might just not work for me...will give it a few days and get my feet/calves improved before trying again.

Just enough to hit 80 for the week and to leave me fresh for next week.
