Notes

Easy mile to start and some discomfort...had been feeling a dull ache after yesterday's run.

Did some quad work, focusing on inner quad and with limited range. Seemed to make a difference somehow and relieve the pulling sensation. A little other lifting as well and back on the treadmill. Only planned on another mile but felt pretty good so sped up for another and ran the 3rd in 6:30...didn't feel easy though.

Finished up with some more strength
