Notes

Had scheduled a tempo but after the knee/quad/itb thing yesterday opted to push it back. Felt much better today after a good bit of glute/hip and quad work so decided that some hill sprints would work well. Some big trigger points in the butt.

6 x ~10 second hill sprints up cricket hill.

Ran with Mikey for almost a mile, which helped speed up my sluggish pace before the hill.. After the sprints I was pretty dead and could feel the glutes really freezing up and slowing me a ton.
