Decent. Same mild knee annoyance around 2.5-3 but never got bad and think a combo of massage and stretch might be the key. Only stretched post run yesterday with no quad rolling/massage last night....will try both.

Nice crisp sunny day...slightly over-dressed as shorts didn't sound appealing but would have been best.
