Notes
Will call this an "easy with tempo" since the pace was the quickest I've sustained for more than a single mile and there was a bit of pushing on the last mile and on that cemetery uphill toward the exit. Felt oddly strong and fresh despite the slightly higher miles yesterday. Had a sweet potato after yesterdays run and thinking this might be a carb effect - improved recovery and glycogen loading/availability perhaps? I've read about how carbs can really give a boost for a fat adapted runner but this seems to be the first time I may have experienced it.
