Not sure where this one came from. Felt good on the first mile and started working on breathing patterns. Had a few small sidestiches to work through during the run yet managed to keep the focus and speed.
Glad I was able to get into a rhythm and find some focus...2 things I lacked on Saturday.
Managed some quicker splits on the last 3 miles...otherwise pretty close to 7 flat on first 9 miles. Nice night, low humidity.
