Notes

Easy 3 to start, then gave Pete Magill's drill routine a try and finished up with another 4 miles.

The drills included a good number of strides and jogging along with several exercises I haven't done much of since high school...ran well over a mile for sure during this...took about 10:30 and I never stopped moving.
