Notes
Another cool day but more humid. Opted for another random run as its been working and has made things more fun.
Started off with a nice quick pace...did about 3 at a 7:20 pace or so before meeting up with Orilla on the new lake trail. Ran with her for a bit and then we checked out the IMA gardens for a awhile. When it came time to run again I was pretty sluggish. Found a couple hills and wondered around for awhile. Ended up back on the lake trail for another go-round and the pace immediately quickened and I was able to finish up at a pace closer to what I started the day with.
