Ran with Mario as he did a Mock Half Marathon...he had asked me to help pace him but I don't think he needed my help as he ran pretty strongly.
He used his HRM the first half and kept within a zone...then he turned it off for the second half and the pace sped up.
I stopped at the chess pavilion while Mario went on to his turnaround spot. I need to work out some calf/ankle crankiness - no doubt brought on from the combo of racing earlier and then the slower pace than I'm used to,
Rained the whole way!
