More congested this morning, but not bad...just don't like having my throat bothered like this...feels like some odd sinus/allergy drainage. If I was getting sick I think I would have noticed by now.
Wanted to run more but had a computer issue to sort out first and then was running low on time. Canal was pretty rough...will avoid it on second run.
