Felt a bit off and maybe beat-up to start but then came around. Ran past the track and decided to do some quicker stuff.
1 semi-hard jaunt up cricket hill, then 4 x ~100m on the track...fast on the straights, jog curves. That had me worn out and breathing pretty hard. Took a little break and decided to see what a fairly hard 400 would look like...pretty mediocre but didn't go all out.
Ankle/Achilles still tight and feeling almost jammed up in the morning hours...improving quick though
