Windy and chilly but a nice day otherwise. Some knee and ankle ache along the way but a strong run overall.
Something around 2 miles of tempo late in run in 13:06...started around mile 7.
**Tempo was 2.18 miles which gives a solid 6:01 pace...pretty pleased with this.
