Notes

Knees are feeling quite good and I'd say at around 90-95% at this point. Still a very occasional tenderness/tightness of the tendons with massage but it goes away within moments of doing said massage.

Hamstrings, hips and glutes however are struggling to keep up. Quads have been generally tight as well. I gotta believe much of this is due to the strength training and the extra demands and tightness that come with it...however this is an absolute necessity in my opinion and I'll just try to balance it with massage and stretching as best I can.

I've found a much better body awareness through all of this and trying to spend some time with aches/tightness to find the source. Hoping for another solid week.
