Notes

Some major tightness in ITB and inner quad (VMO) starting last Friday. As much massage/rolling/sticking as I could manage and somewhat better on Saturday.

Muscle tightness is still there and making it a priority right now. Strength training probably not helping, but I feel it is important.

Tendon was still tender around inner patella on both legs during the last week but has all but faded now (right knee just a little left).

Otherwise knee has been feeling good aside from a new sore spot on tendon - bottom outside of patella.. Feels ok to walk/jog on but tender to massage. Noticed it on Sunday after walking around...possibly due to super tight ITB and lingering inflammation?

Seems to be feeling better today and will run on it tonight. Hopefully the worst is over.

Lots of work left to be done to get my knees where they should be.
