Notes

Strong run once I got warmed up (very cold tonight).

Knee acted up a couple times (ITB type of discomfort) but otherwise feeling pretty solid. Calves and shins still tight but glad for the improvement.

Included 10 x 20sec strides. This was more or less a test to see if I'm ready for a workout - looking good but will know for sure in another day or so.
