Notes
A pretty random run with Mikey from Brian's house in Indy. The run included some busy narrow roads, a surprise wooded/single track trail, getting lost in a housing edition and temps about 10 degrees higher than I've run in for a month.
Estimating distance...I don't think we were moving much faster than this today.
Diaphragm didn't act up too much today. Hips and low back on right side are very cranky but felt ok for the run.
