Quads are too tight and pulling on the knees a little. Trying to keep them loose with rolling/massage and stretching. Got out the quad baller late tonight and it may have helped more than anything else has...will find out soon. The good news is the knee ache/scare from last week is pretty much gone, just some lingering ache/tightness on the cap due to the quads (i think).

Mostly outer quads right now, inner quads a couple days ago...again, must be the extra quad work (stairs, etc) and that 18 miler causing a knock-on affect. Hopefully I can loosen up and avoid knee issues...hips don't seem to be too tight but feel like they are being pulled on as well.
