Notes

Mobility has greatly improved and muscle is getting less tender by the day. The knee however does not seem to be improving very much and as soon as I reach a steady running pace for more than a few minutes or move through a full range of motion repeatedly the knee gets tight and achy. The quad recoils a lot as well, and still the likely culprit. I do suspect I've done some damage to my knee however and likely some sort of tendinitis.

By pressing on the knee I still have the same tenderness in the same spot that I had a few days ago. The looser the quad, seemingly the longer I'm able to run/walk without the knee being impacted.

Considering trying to schedule an appointment to have an expert opinion.
