Meh, just not really enough time to get loose. A slight inner knee ache on the right side...seemed to be a tight VMO as it felt fine after a quick massage before the barefoot portion.

Hamstrings are still tight and I managed to tweak my groins a tiny bit doing some stupid side lunge thing because some guy on the tv was telling me (was supposed to be a core workout)
