Think I'm out of my training funk from the last couple of weeks...body felt a little fatigued from lifting yesterday but the pace was still good.

Reminds me of how after the st. paddy's race my training runs were all quicker and I felt stronger and more efficient. I believe I'm finally past the sickness that was dragging me down...will find out as the week continues.
