A pretty crappy run...lots of tightness in legs, especially hips. Stretched about halfway through and felt stronger for awhile...then slowed back down with what feels like muscle fatigue/achiness. Noticed it in the shins a lot and then calves afterwards.
Hit the foam roller when I got home...oddly enough the legs felt pretty good this morning, but perhaps the worst they've felt in a couple months on the last couple miles.
Cut it a bit short, hopefully will rebound with some extra rest tonight and hit a good tempo tomorrow.
Not surprising coming off 2 big weeks and on a warm night...considering cutting it down to closer to 70 for the week (cut back week).
