Notes

Hamstrings and groins still suffering some and felt them a few times during the run. Overall very pleased with this as it was a nice confidence booster. Took a good 3 miles to feel loose and then I started running much smoother and quicker. 1 minor knee ache popped up but was due to tight hips and was late in the run.

Need to keep a close eye on my injury points but feel good about finally turning a corner.
