Ankle a bit better thanks to some massage of the calf (specifically the tibialis posterior) but its sore now...still some work to do and arch is tender as well.

Stomach was acting up so the run wasn't very enjoyable. Think I'm out of the recovery phase and can start slowly building later in the week.
