Some loosely structured harder efforts so calling it a fartlek. 2 x cricket hill, then 8 x ~100 meters - hard on straights, jogging curves and a break after 2 laps...partially due to a big HS group doing a 800m race / time trial. Then back to the hill for 2 more.
This felt hard today as lacking any real pep in the legs and breathing didn't feel very strong. Estimating about 3/4 mile of total harder running.
