Was planning on a slow revovery day considering the hangover, indigestion and hills yesterday...legs had some pep instead and running felt good and made me forget the hangover. Some tightness at top of foot at the ankle and some of the usual hip/knee tightness.

I like to start the year with more mileage but its the end of a strong week...hoping 2012 brings a great year of running
