Notes
A little over 3 hours from the first run. Wore the NB's and shouldn't have as left arch and achilles got aggravated after 15min of running. I'll need to use a heel raise for a few days I think (assuming I haven't caused more damage). A bit fatigued as well but I've felt run down most of the day.
Included a quick stop at target and ran the short trip back home with a couple bags
